01. What to do in an emergency
If you notice gas leak
Please call the gas leak emergency line.

Do not use propane gas until the gas leak inspection has been completed and found to be safe.
If you notice the smell of gas
Extinguish all flames in your home.
Do not light a match or smoke a cigarette.
Turn off the gas and appliance taps.
If the gas leak alarm sounds
Do not touch or use any eletctrical outlets or switches.
*This may cause sparks that can ignite the gas.
Using ventilating fans is strongly prohibited. If they are working, leave the ventilating fans working. Don't touch!
Open the doors and windows.
*Open doors and windows to let the gas out sufficiently.
In the event of disaster
In case of fire
Close the tank valves. Also, inform fire officials of the tank location and ask them to take the necessary measures.
In case of earthquake
Turn off the gas and appliance taps, and extinguish all flames. If the shaking is severe, close the tank valves outside the house after the shaking has subsided.
In case of typhoon or flood
Close the tank valves and secure the tanks firmly with rope to prevent them from falling or being swept away.
How to close tank valves
To close the tank valves, turn them clockwise. Closing tank valves helps to prevent secondary disasters.
