Service Overview
Our LNG temporary storage and Storage & Reload are designed to adjust the supply and demand balance of our customers to meet their various needs. By utilizing part of the storage capacity of the Hibiki LNG Terminal in response to customer needs and market conditions, we help customers optimize inventory management and expand business opportunities.
Types of Services Offered

Storage & Reload
This is a service in which customers’ LNG is temporarily stored at the Hibiki LNG Terminal and later reloaded to another LNG tanker. We also offer arrangements under which LNG is supplied to customers in advance and returned at a later date.

Break Bulk & Heel Collection
We offer break-bulk services, enabling LNG to be reloaded from one conventional vessel to multiple small- and medium-sized vessels.
A service to collect heel from multiple LNG vessels and reload it onto a single standard vessel is also available. -
LNG loading
This is a service in which we supply the amount of LNG required by customers.
In addition to the above three cases, we propose and provide services by flexibly responding to customers’ needs.
Strengths in Storage & Reload
In East and Southeast Asia, where LNG demand is growing, the Hibiki LNG Terminal offers highly convenient Storage&Reload thanks to its strategic location and high berth availability.
For example, surplus LNG can be stored at the Hibiki LNG Terminal during periods of low demand. We also help customers balance supply and demand while maximizing profitability by returning the surplus during periods of high demand. By using the Hibiki LNG Terminal as a hub for LNG logistics, customers can optimize their vessel operations through more efficient and strategic planning.

Support for various trading schemes
We also offer flexible trading schemes that meet customer needs, such as Storage&Reload, Break Bulk, and Heel Collection.

High berth availability allows loading and unloading schedules to be adjusted flexibly. This enables customers to respond flexibly to market prices and demand trends.
